Contact official customer service Xiao V (In-App - My - Help and Feedback - Contact Customer Service) to inform Xiao V about the steps taken before the crash and send the diagnostic file.
Ways to view the diagnostic file:
• iOS, iPadOS: System Settings ➡ Privacy ➡ Analytics & Improvements (at the bottom) ➡ Analytics Data, then find Vision in the list and share the most recent one with us.
• macOS: Console app ➡ Crash Reports ➡ Search Vision in the top right corner, then find the most recent one and share it with us.
